Shipping
All in-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped (in other words, leaves our shipping center) via UPS within 3 business days. Orders can be shipped through USPS to PO Boxes if requested. We will let you know by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. For that merchandise, we will give you an expected shipping time. All orders are subject to credit approval. Orders received on Friday or on the weekend are shipped on Monday. Shipping and handling charges are determined at the time of ordering. Business Days: "Business Days" refers to Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Out of Stock and Back Orders
Unforeseen demand or manufacturer delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. Some quantities are limited. We will inform you of any such event and you can then let us know how you would like us to proceed. If back orders are unacceptable, we will cancel the item from your order and refund any payment made. Back ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charges.
Returns
We would be happy to refund or exchange most unused items. - Returns/Exchanges must be received within 30 days of purchase. - No Returns/Exchanges on Sale Items - No Returns/Exchanges on Dated Items (example: Game Day T-Shirt) - No Returns/Exchanges for merchandise that has been worn or without the original tags and stickers still in tact and in original packaging. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping charge of $6.95, except in cases of our mis-ship of your order.
