If an item is out of stock, an email message or courtesy call is made to inform you and will ask for instructions on how to proceed. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Shipping
ALL MERCHANDISE IS SHIPPED VIA U.S. PRIORITY MAIL usually within 24 to 48 working hours of receiving your order UNLESS ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK at which point you will be contacted. STANDARD MAIL IS USUALLY UPGRADED TO PRIORITY MAIL AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. Priority mail usually gets to destination in 2-3 working days. An email message is sent at the time of shipping. Please allow 1 to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping and handling charges are determined at the time of ordering.

Out of Stock and Back Orders
Unforeseen demand or manufacturer delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. Some quantities are limited. We will inform you of any such event and you can then let us know how you would like us to proceed. If back orders are unacceptable, we will cancel the item from your order and refund any payment made. Back ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they are available.
