Shipping All in-stock merchandise is shipped via UPS within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping and handling charges are determined at the time of ordering. Shipping Table

Out of Stock and Back Orders Unforeseen demand or manufacturer delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. Some quantities are limited. We will inform you of any such event and you can then let us know how you would like us to proceed. If back orders are unacceptable, we will cancel the item from your order and refund any payment made. Back ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they are available. |

Returns We would be happy to refund or exchange most unused products. Please include a copy of your receipt. Returns will be accepted within 30 days after your order was originally shipped. We will refund all shipping charges only in the event that you are shipped incorrect or defective merchandise. The customer is otherwise responsible for all shipping charges. Please enclose our packing slip and a note indicating what services you require. Wrap securely and prepay. Sorry we cannot C.O.D. packages.
