All in-stock merchandise is shipped via priority mail within 24 to 72 hours of receiving your order. Please allow 3 to 4 business days for delivery time. Out of Stock and Back Orders
Unforeseen demand or manufacturer delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. Some quantities are limited. We will inform you of any such event and you can then let us know how you would like us to proceed. If back orders are unacceptable, we will cancel the item from your order and refund any payment made. Back ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they are available.Freight Charges will be billed at a reduced rate. Customers are given a 5 day grace period before there order will be cancelled should we not get a response to our email/phone call attempts. Please email for any further questions.

Returns
We would be happy to refund or exchange most unused products. Please visit our Customer Service page for any questions regarding returns or exchanges. Shipping charges are not refunded. If free shipping was allowed it may be charged if order is returned. On returns of $100.00 or more a 10% restocking fee will occur.
