Out of Stock and Back Orders
Unforeseen demand or manufacturer delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. Some quantities are limited. If back orders are unacceptable, we will cancel the item from your order and refund any payment made. Back ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they are available.
Returns
We would be happy to refund or exchange most unused products. All refunds must be made within 45 days of the date they were shipped to receive a full refund anything past the 45 days will not be refunded. Please visit our Customer Service page for any questions regarding returns or exchanges. ORDERS OF AN ITEM IN A LARGE QUANTITY WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.
