Since we custom make most of our merchandise to order returns are generally not accepted and we are only able to accept returns on defective merchandise or mistakes we have made and in those cases a corrected replacement is sent out. (This is a standard in the industry)

All in-stock merchandise is shipped via UPS within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. 1 - 2 weeks - most wearable items, including: Printed shirts, Shorts, Sweatshirts, Girls shirts, lavalieres, license frames, pads, buttons, hats, visors, stickers, beanies, magnets, mousepads, coolies, towels, tote bags, etc.2 weeks - Engraved items. (picture frames, wood items, metals)2 weeks - Embroidered & Sewn items (tackle twill).Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping and handling charges are determined at the time of ordering.
