Defective merchandise due to manufacturer's error will be exchanged with credit given for returned freight fee and reshipping. Printed merchandise may vary from those pictured depending on the color of the garment ordered. As an example, purple cannot be printed on purple. Printing, sewing and embroidery on our products is guaranteed for the life of the garment. All of Gumbarts' soft goods are individually custom made to order in our store. Exchange due to customer's error in ordering will be accepted subject to a 10% restocking charge. Customer is responsible for the return freight fee and the reshipping fee. Shipping
All in-stock merchandise is shipped via UPS within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping and handling charges are determined at the time of ordering.

Out of Stock and Back Orders
Unforeseen demand or manufacturer delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. Some quantities are limited. We will inform you of any such event and you can then let us know how you would like us to proceed. If back orders are unacceptable, we will cancel the item from your order and refund any payment made. Back ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they are available.
